Functional requirements
1. BSc with 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing or planning
2. Knowledge and understanding of logistics and warehouse management and underlying administrative processes (e.g. monthly stocktaking)
3. Basic knowledge of operational management (planning, production systems, 5S, Kaizen, and so on)
4. Basic written and spoken English communication
5. Good communicator, strong interpersonal skills, promoter of cross-department cooperation
6. Ability to organize and coach his team and to organize project teams
